Terms of Sale

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products and subscriptions from JAIDE Management.

1. Products

We sell digital downloads, courses, templates, and e-books.

2. Orders & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Apple Pay, and card payments.

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

3. Delivery

Digital products are available immediately after purchase (or as specified in product details).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Digital products: By downloading or accessing content, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds are only provided where legally required (e.g., faulty/mis-sold products).

• Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given.

 

5. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts are offered at our discretion and subject to conditions stated at the time of promotion.

 

6. Licence of Use

All products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, except where required by law.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
